Shipping

Q: What shipping methods do you use?

A: Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout. Many orders qualify for free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States, while expedited options such as 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day delivery are available for an additional fee.

We ship using trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses may incur additional charges and are typically fulfilled via USPS.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. International shipping is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote. All international shipments are subject to applicable customs duties, taxes, and export regulations.

Q: Where do orders ship from?

A: Orders ship from our facilities in Texas.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A:

  • Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.
  • International orders generally arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Payment & Tax

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept PayPal, all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers.

Orders paid by ACH or wire transfer will be processed once funds have been received and cleared. GreenTek Solutions reserves the right to delay shipment until payment confirmation is verified.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: Sales tax is collected on applicable transactions in accordance with state and local tax laws. Texas sales tax applies to orders shipped within Texas.

Customers claiming resale or tax-exempt status must provide valid documentation prior to order processing.

Returns & Warranty

Q: How do I request a return (RMA)?

A: If your purchase does not meet expectations or differs from its description, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

All returns must include an RMA number issued by GreenTek Solutions prior to shipment. Returns received without an RMA may be refused.

Q: What warranty is included with my purchase?

A: GreenTek Solutions provides a 90-day limited warranty on equipment unless otherwise noted in the product listing.

If an issue arises during the warranty period, please contact us to initiate an RMA. Upon verification of the issue, we will either:

  • Repair the item
  • Replace the item (subject to availability)
  • Issue a refund

GreenTek will cover return shipping costs for verified warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation or configuration
  • Misuse, abuse, or mishandling
  • Accidents or external damage
  • Electrical stress, power surges, or incorrect voltage
  • Acts of God
  • Products altered or modified after sale

Important Notice

All equipment sold by GreenTek Solutions consists of refurbished or pre-owned goods and is not covered by any manufacturer warranty.

Replacement units may be limited due to the nature of refurbished inventory. While we make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent replacements, availability cannot be guaranteed.
