Series X console is different than its predecessors. It has an upright tower design which will come in color black with slightly indented cooling vents on the top. This design makes the console to look like a gaming PC which measures 15.1cm x 15.1cm x 30.1cm and weighs 4.45kg/9.8lbs. The console will still include a disc drive and ports for networking, power input, HDMI 2.1, USB 3.2, and expanded storage slot. Thanks to Microsoft giving us the specs of their new Xbox, we can say that Series X will be a boom because of their features and because of their new blockier style.

Xbox Series X will not be the only new hardware release, because Microsoft has confirmed their next-generation family of consoles. A couple of days ago, on May 7, Microsoft has shown to their users their first gameplay for the Xbox Series X to learn more about the games. At this event, fans finally had the opportunity to look at next-gen gameplay, trailers, and sneak peeks from Xbox's third-party partners, etc.

According to Microsoft, this is only the start of their next generation reveals plans. This event will kick off Xbox 20/20, a stream which will take place each month throughout the rest of the year in the lead up to the launch of the next-gen console. "Starting with the May 7 episode of Inside Xbox, we will be showcasing what happens next in the world of Xbox, every month, which is why we’re calling it 'Xbox 20/20'. These monthly moments will take place throughout the rest of the year and will be a way for us to engage, connect and celebrate with you about what’s in store for the next generation of gaming, including what’s next for Xbox Series X, Xbox Game Studios, Xbox Game Pass and Project xCloud. Every month will bring something different”, said Jerret West.

It is expected to Microsoft release their new console between October and December this year for "Holiday 2020"; the most possible release date is November 26, 2020, for Thanksgiving; The company has also assumed that they do not have troubles with the COVID-19, so they continue with the same launching date.
